Popular Noodle Soup.

One famous hot soup recipe that has transcended culture, time, and ages from the Philippines is the Sopas hot soup. It’s one of the all-time favorite noodles soap that is cooked in a creamy broth with milk. Sopas ticks all the soapboxes in terms of warmth, hearty, delicious, and above all, healthy.
INGREDIENTS
• ½ chopped onion.
• 6 cups of water or more
• 1 pound bone-in chicken thigh( its skin should be pilled off)
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 2 medium carrots(diced)
• 1 teaspoon of onion powder
• 3 tablespoons of butter
• 1 pinch of salt and ground black pepper
• ½ cup evaporated milk
• ½ (16 ounces) package elbow macaroni
• 4 teaspoons of chicken bouillon granules
• 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon granules
• 2 tablespoons of fish sauce.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1.
• Combine onions and water in a pot and place them on your source of heat to boil.
• As soon as they begin to burn, add onion powder, garlic powder, and chicken to the combination.
• Reduce heat to a medium level and continue heating.
• Simmer the broth for about 30 minutes (until the chicken thighs are tender).
Step 2.
• Remove the chicken, and then to the remaining broth, add the diced carrots.
• Randomly add the 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, black pepper, and chicken bouillon.
Step 3.
• Shred the chicken meat and discard the bones.
• Return the chicken meat to the broth and then simmer it for about 10 minutes (until your carrots become tender).
• Add the evaporated milk and butter and then stir again. Make sure to add more water if required since, in some cases, the paste absorbs more liquid than expected.
• Simmer the broth until the butter is melted, then add more fish sauce.
• Season it until the pepper and salt tastes.

The Sopas hot soap will now be ready to be served. Pour the soap into your serving bowls and serve it with hard-boiled eggs or fried garlic bits.
