INGREDIENTS :
3 cups flour (all purpose)
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
11 g of dry yeast
2 cups of water
1 egg yolk

METHOD :
Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough. Let rise for one hour. Put the dough in the mold. Let rise 30 minutes.
