Baby Potatoes Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds of baby potatoes, cut in half
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
Salt
Pepper
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tbsp. butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat up a grill so that it is on medium heat.
Lay day a piece of aluminum foil on the area where you will be working. Put the potatoes in the middle of this foil. Drizzle the potatoes with vinegar and olive oil. Season the potatoes with the salt, pepper, and onion powder. Top the potatoes with the butter.
Foil up the foil around the potatoes so that it forms a packet. Make sure that the potatoes are sealed within this packet.
Put this foil packet with the potatoes on the grill. Allow it to grill for 10 minutes. Flip the packets over. Cook for an additional 10 minutes. Turn the packet over once more and cook an additional 5 minutes so the potatoes are tender. Be careful when opening the packets are steam will escape.
NOTES
To test the potatoes to make sure they are tender put a fork into them. The fork will help release the steam and the juices. If the fork cannot easily go into the potato they are not done yet.
If a person is using a bargain brand of foil they may need to double it. If a person is cooking the potatoes before the main dish do not open the foil. This will help the potatoes stay warm. Always be careful when opening the foil packet as steam will escape.
